To what extent is it given to humans to mentally influence matter?

It is seen that in this world it is less likely for a person to have 100% influence on the material world. There is a certain limit to how much one can change things around them. That is why we have a body because if that were the purpose, we wouldn't need it. Only the right balance of the physical and mental mind can achieve material changes here. Whether this will be possible in the future, they do not see, but for most people, it is like this for now.

It is as if it were a test of how many people can balance thought with action. Both extremes in excessive amounts have no results, but a combination of them in smaller amounts makes changes. A person does not influence the material world with their thought but influences themselves, which then changes matter. If only an energetic level is achieved, this energy accumulates but has no source or path through which it could be realized. Therefore, in a way, it makes no real sense to accumulate mental energy if we do not have physical doors open for it.

How can we open these "physical" doors?

It used to be a bit harder. If we wanted to have customers for our product, we would have to open a physical store in some popular place, distribute flyers, and make the world aware that we exist. Now, it is easier with the internet and cheaper advertising. We can work just on the website and have most of the work done. The more we expand, the more doors we open in any way possible.
