Should we grow our own food?

Question: Does it make sense to have your own garden and grow your own produce in terms of health?

Answer: Yes, if you only consume that. It won't replace other foods. Pizza with homegrown tomatoes isn't any better.

Q: Is there a significant difference between store-bought tomatoes and those you grow at home?

A: Yes and no. If you were solely relying on your own food, then yes. But in combination, it's best to buy from the store. That's a better idea for us.

Q: What about the colour of vegetables? Does it have any significance?

A: I see that it's more important for animals. Different animals see and gravitate toward different foods or colors. We have everything we need for digestion. In general, fruits and vegetables should be vibrant in color, which is a sign that they are delicious.

Q: They say that psoriasis is closely related to foods like tomatoes, eggplants, and zucchini... What's wrong with them?

A: I don't see that any vegetables or fruits cause problems. I see that the issue lies in combination with other foods. But on their own, they shouldn't cause any problems. Psoriasis is not a natural occurrence. It's an imbalance in the body where the body produces too many skin cells. If food triggers anything, it irritates bacteria that shouldn't even be there. I don't see that anything directly affects the body just because it affects psoriasis.

Everything can be solved through diet. 80% of bodily issues, like psoriasis, eczema,... All these diseases are not natural. Bruises are natural, muscle soreness from exercise is natural. All these other conditions, like rickets, and even dementia, nothing is natural. These are just things we consume. Our body naturally strives for balance. When we go to sleep, the body regulates hormones, but things like medications, vaccines, supplements, and contraceptives disturb the body's balance.
