A: They say it's mostly hormones and unrealistic perceptions of that person. It's like in those moments we see that person as more than just a person. Like some sort of solution maybe.
Q: What about age? Can this happen to young and old people? I mean, regarding hormones?
A: Mostly, we notice that this type of infatuation occurs somewhere up to the age of 30. Later on, there is still infatuation, but other characteristics become more important. It becomes less dependent on hormones.
Q: But how is this related to the soul?
A: The soul can love, but it does not fall in love.
Q: How does the soul view infatuation?
A: If it's the right person, it doesn't mind. But if not, it sees it before us and tries to make us aware. It is aware that certain things are just inevitable.
Q: Can infatuation be interrupted?
A: Yes, but it would require a certain technique of meditation or self-hypnosis. Unfortunately, they don't see it as something that can be done instantly. However, the time required for breaking off infatuation can be greatly shortened. It would be necessary to ground the person we're infatuated with and start seeing them as just a person - like any other. And to work more with the soul to reach the realization that it has already reached. When we see the bigger picture, we no longer feel so small.
Q: When would a person even want to break off infatuation?
A: When they have at least the awareness that infatuation with that person is not good for them. I assume the soul provides this information here. Yes.
Q: Is this fundamentally hormonal?
A: Yes, it's an instinct for reproduction. But since it's socially acceptable to have children later in life now, this infatuation can linger. Originally, though, it was designed for a month or two.
Q: Could this be chemically reduced, given that it's hormonal? What about some hormone therapy?
A: That wouldn't be the best idea because the hormones needed for that are important for other things in our body too.
