What happens to children during puberty?

Answer: Puberty is when the body develops into its final form. Due to these changes in hormones and similar factors, the body can be in imbalance for a long time, even for several years. This can lead to mental instability.

Question: Why do hormones affect some people more than others?

A: It's related to genetics. For women, it comes from the mother's side, and for men, from the father's side. More developed individuals go through more significant puberty, which means greater imbalances.

Q: Can these hormones be regulated somehow?

A: They say that normally, even more significant pubertal changes should last from one to two years. Everything else is influenced externally.

Q: Does food play a role?

A: Food, environment, and additives are present in certain products that we use.

Q: Do children receive increased doses of hormones through food because it is full of them?

A: Yes, but it's not only in animal products. These additives are found in every processed food.

Q: Is it intentional?

A: Yes. The longer we are in an imbalance, the worse decisions we make, which benefits certain people in the world. One way to reduce the effects of increased and burdensome puberty would be for children to consume as little processed food as possible.

Health is our choice, not our gift. We have almost 100% control over our health, except in rare cases.

Q: Could sensible food choices eliminate most diseases?

A: Yes. Diseases are not in our nature. Illness is just a sign of long-term body imbalance. The body wants to be in balance. If we give it the chance, it will achieve that. Even mental illnesses can be controlled through food.

Q: Every person actually has a choice. Why don't they choose the right path when it comes to food?

A: It's easiest to fall into social norms. People find it easier to solve problems rather than prevent them.

Q: What is that? People's laziness?

A: Partly. But usually, health is not on their list of priorities. They say that only a person who wants to live has a desire for life. And only those who have a desire for life prioritize being healthy.

Q: So, does that mean most people are self-destructive? Is it in human nature?

A: They say it's not in our nature. These are people who are not satisfied with their lives and don't want to be. In the sense of, ''Why should I bother being healthy if I won't be here for long anyway?’’.

Q: Does the soul have any influence on this?

A: No. The soul always wants health because only with health can it fulfill its lesson.

Humans are designed for survival. Self-destruction is not in our nature. Health can literally extend life in all cases, not just in terms of illness or physical and mental health, but also in terms of preventing accidents. When we are in physical and mental balance, we have a better chance of preventing external influences, such as driving a car, engaging in sports, paying attention to our surroundings, and making better life decisions in general.
