Question: What are panic attacks?

Answer: There can be several reasons for a panic attack. It can be a reaction of the soul to the current situation or a reaction of consciousness. Usually, it is something deeper, and the attacks recur. All discomforts are fundamentally a consequence of an imbalance of the mind or body, where one affects the other. Panic attacks need to be addressed, as we usually have some trigger. It does not have to be big; it can also be constant.

 

It can be excessive stimulation of our mind or a situation we need to leave. It depends on the person, but almost always it can tell us something. If the attacks are frequent, it is time for changes. The more frequent they are, the greater changes are needed.
