Question: How to Have a Good Night's Sleep?

Answer: Sleep is also connected to our day. When we have a good day, we sleep well, and vice versa. It’s not so much about the process itself, but physical factors do help. Each of us is different. Some people find silence helpful, others need sound, sunlight, or darkness. What’s important is that our body is in physical balance, and sleep contributes to this.

It’s not so much about what we do, but that it works. We can read before bed or meditate, end the day, and enjoy the process of relaxation. Whatever relaxes us and prepares us for a new day is good sleep. This can be visualization or spending time with a good person. What’s important is that we do what works for us.
