Answer: In the context that we know them, yes. They are not physically different from ordinary people. They just have access to a slightly different consciousness. The world is big and difficult to operate. Things that happen here are often out of control, and the universe needs at least some basic control. These "reptilians" enable this. As is already known, they mostly control finances and underground politics. Most of those we think are reptilians are not. The real ones do not expose themselves; they manage things more covertly and long-term.

They have an idea of maintaining approximate peace. They don't always succeed, but there are enough of them that they usually do. They do not have the influence we expect. They take care of some basic balance of banks, violence, and goods. In return, they are sometimes wealthy, but not always. Often, they need to be wealthy to achieve what they must achieve. Finances in this world are mostly given only to those who contribute the most to the world, whether it is morally questionable or not.
